Both the brand name and registered business can be used interchangably in the below agreement and refer to the registered legal entity.

Refunds and Cancellation
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, outlining the rules for returning and exchanging products/services purchased from us.
Returns and Exchanges: Eligibility: If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may contact "contact@aspirefrontiers.com" within 3 days of the purchase and we will issue you a full refund right away. No questions asked! In case you decide to unsubscribe after 3 days, there won't be any refunds.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items/services may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to: Registration for Workshops/BootCamps/Courses. In the email, provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, the reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant supporting information or images (if applicable). Our customer support team will respond to your request and guide you through the next steps. Once your return/exchange request is approved, the refund/exchange will be processed within 15 business days. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method used during the purchase, and it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise specified by the customer.
